SHIS 30-Day Return Policy

We make returns simple and hassle-free. Learn how to request a return, get refunds, and handle any issues with your order.

How Our 30-Day Return Policy Works

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To qualify, items must be:

  • In the same condition as when received
  • Unworn or unused
  • With original tags
  • In their original packaging

Don’t forget to have your receipt or proof of purchase ready when making a return request.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at contact@stayhomeinstyle.com. Once we receive your request, we’ll provide you with the nearest return address and detailed instructions for returning your package. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If your return is approved, we will provide a payment method for return shipping if applicable. For damaged or defective items, SHIS will cover the return shipping cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect it immediately and contact us. We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including covering any associated return shipping costs if required.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Custom products (e.g., personalized items)
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Contact us if you have specific concerns about your item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item, then place a new order for the replacement once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For items shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, as long as the item meets our return criteria (unworn, unused, original tags and packaging).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
